KEY SERVICES:
Position Function
? Plan, control, review ME Engineering Process, design, project, ECN to make sure to support the Department to achieve the goals.
? Allocate resources among team to support each production lines in Value Stream to assure on-time qualified Engineering services provided
? Coach, review Value Stream Engineering ECN, Process Improvement, Board making, layout, WI and documents to meet DBS requirements
? Coach, train subordinates to effectively serve the needs of customer .
? Support GQS, internal Control
? Provide technical support and training to Production staffs to assure Production Process follow WI and continuous improvement
? New project coordinate with cross functions
? Analyze any products problems to provide engineering support
? Set objectives for subordinates and evaluate their performance.
? Coach, develop subordinates' capabilities to meet the positions' requirements.
? Self-develop capabilities to meet the Company requirements
? Follow the Company EHS policies
? Prevent waste materials, stationery, water, and electricity and protect nature
? Monitor subordinates to follow up the Company regulation to prevent any injury
QUALIFICATION:
? University degree, major in Engineering or related field.
? Good English communication skills. Good presentation skills. Familiar with Quality Systems as of QS9000, ISO14000, TS16949, VDA. Good coach skills can provide technical training. Good at Microsoft Office and project management. Good Engineering knowledge
? Over 5 years Engineering Management experience in MNCs with over 2 years Supervisor role
