1. Located at the customer assembly plant, communicating with customer about product quality, taking part in onsite problem analysis and problem resolution.
2. Analyzing the quality by checking the product, the assembly process and packaging, giving feedback to Packard management or customer by proper problem identification.
3. Communicating Packard problem by issuing WIR and asking for effective corrective actions.
4. Requiring to establishing problem breakpoint by customer requirement and verifying the corrective actions.
5. Deciding the disposition of the defective material by defect types.
6. Actively involved in product improvement activity.
Candidate Requirements:
1. College graduate (science and engineering specialty), more than 2 years working experience.
2. Be familiar with the process of harness striation, master the skill of filling out five-step report, coordinate customer relationship, analyze and fix quality problems, good computer skill.
