Assignments:
· Operational support from quality side during plant set up
· Set up of the quality infrastructure in the plant according to customer
requirements, ISO TS 16949 and ISO 14001 and corporate standards
· Monitoring of product quality to ensure conformance to customer
requirements
· Monitoring of supplier quality to ensure that all components fulfil their
specific requirements and supplier monitoring and development
through SQA function
· Monitoring and ensuring e-check facilities are maintained and working
conditions to detect connection/ electrical defects operational
· Ensure the fulfil ment of quality norms ISO TS 16949
· Assure the completeness and archive of all relevant products/process
data for traceability and product liability
· Implementation of Problem Solving Methodologies
· Represent the customer in SAS
· Monthly reporting of indicators to HQ
Qualifications:
· Degree in engineering
· Work experience in the field of quality management in an international
company in automotive industry; min. 3 years
· Experience in setting up new plants
· Problem Solving Methodologies (6 sigma), TQM, FMEA
· ISO TS 16949 und 14001
· Very good knowledge of English (written and oral)
· Good ability for team work, very good communication skils
