Major Responsibility / 主要工作职责:
1.Represent Saginaw Steering as a commercial interface and build up a harmonious relations with Wuhu local OEM clients
作为沙基诺转向在芜湖的商务代表,与芜湖当地的汽车厂商建立良好的合作关系
2.Be in charge of the CIS Wuhu office and build up a team of administration, sales and engineering so as to provide technical service to clients
负责沙基诺转向在芜湖的技术服务中心的管理工作,建立起一个销售、行政、技术团队,致力于向当地客户提供技术服务
3.Fully understand clients including their products, needs and organization so as to represent the “voice of customer”
能充分了解客户的需求,客户的产品及客户的公司情况,从而能为客户及时提供服务,解决问题
4.Develop sales strategy and grow local business, maximize value of the product and deliver sales revenue
制定销售策略,把产品价值最大化,从而能大力发展芜湖当地业务,获得销售利润
5.Work together with Product Engineer to identify sales opportunities including negotiate prices for engineering changes, prototypes and premiums with customer purchasing to support profitability improvement
在技术数据或样品有所变更时,与本公司的产品工程师及客户方的采购部一起进行价格审议,从而进一步改善利润
6.Gather and communicate competitive information for commercial and technical
Intelligence
收集芜湖当地竞争对手的信息(包括销售信息及技术信息),协助完成市场调查和分析,并将相关信息向总部汇报
7.Forecast business opportunities for short term and long term planning
预测当地的销售前景,制定短期及长期销售计划
8.Be part of the China Sales Team and coordinate with regional Sales initiatives
作为中国区销售团队的一分子,积极参与支持区域性的销售活动
9.Manage of targeted customer relations
有效管理目标客户
Requirements / 要求:
1.Bachelor in engineering/automotive/mechanics
大学本科毕业,学士学位,专业为工程研发或汽车为佳
2.Over 6 years sales experience in auto industry, with successful experience in sales or equivalent client interface
6年以上OEM汽车行业销售,有成功的销售业绩
3.Well experienced in developing relationship and network internally and within the customer organization
在发展客户关系方面有丰富的经验
4.Good client relation management skills
出色的客户关系管理技巧
5.Strong motivation, good team player, can work independently
工作积极主动,具团队合作意识, 有独立工作的能力
6.Good negotiation and effective problem solving skills
