1. Recruitment and Staffing
Ensure timely hiring and recruitment of personnel in meeting the requirements of other functional departments as per the manpower request.
2. Compensation & Benefits
Assist in the administering of employees’ salary administration programs and help ensure it’s successful implementation.
3. Employee Relations
Assist in maintaining a climate that strengthens the employee – employer relationships by organizing and promoting company programmes and activities through employees participation and involvements.
4. Communication
Assist in enhancing and maintaining employee communications through various communication efforts such as the Sinaran Newsletter and the roundtable sessions.
5. Quality and Standards
i. Coordinate and maintain ISO TS16949, EMS and quality related documentations.
ii. Assist in improving and promoting of quality awareness and responsibility to all employees.
6. Other duties as assigned by immediate superior or departmental head from time to time.
