KEY SERVICES:
Position Function
? Assist to Supervisor to manage related equipment and technical support
? Be in charge of all technical document, draw and materials
? Related spare parts management.
? Assist to Supervisor training technicians. Check Me technicians' daily work and implementation of WI
? Provide technical support and training to Production staffs to assure Production Process follow WI and continuous improvement.
? Analyze and solve all quality problems in production process and follow up corrective actions
? Plan, implement continuous improvement activities to production process.
? Plan, coach technicians to maintain dies and equipments
? Set errorobjectives for subordinates and evaluate their pererrorformance.
? Coach, develop subordinates' capabilities to meet the positions' requirements.
? Self-develop capabilities to meet the Company requirements
? Follow the Company EHS policies
? Prevent waste materials, stationery, water, and electricity and protect nature
? Monitor subordinates to follow up the Company regulation to prevent any injury
QUALIFICATION:
? University degree, major in Engineering ,Mechanical or related field
? Good English communication skills.
? Familiar with Quality Systems as of QS9000, ISO14000, TS16949.
? Good at Microsoft Office, AutoCAD. Good project management.
? Familiar with the mechanical principle , electrical and pneumatic control.
? Over 3 years Engineering experience on equipment management.
