    职位描述:

    1. Checking personal expenses and non-PR expenses claim for authorization, under expenses policy, true original receipts, right amount etc, then pass to cashier for payment list preparation. Making expenses claim voucher after paid by cashier.
    2. Assign labor cost into each department based on HR document, book into right accounts.
    3. Collect and prepare actual expenses of each department monthly and compare with Budget/ Forecast with variance analysis to accounting supervisor
    4. Maintain monthly exchange rate according to official foreign exchange rate in ERP system.
    5. Handle VAT tax, Income Tax, Withholding Tax, IIT etc. all kind of taxes matters claiming to local tax bureau monthly
    6. Handle Customs and SAFE matters related with finance function
    7. Place selling invoices (VAT or Export) based on packing list, PO from logistics, Goods acceptance confirmation from customers (if need), Customs export declaration document (if need), original contract signed with customers (refer price, acceptance condition etc) and draft invoices printed from ERP system as reference.
    8. Book into sales account and accounts receivable duly
    9. Check customer master data in system based on the signed contract. Maintain proper accounts code in customer master file at the same times. Print it out with signed contract together as record, approved by accounting manager.
    10. Monthly AR aging sent to commercial for rolling collection forecast and analysis variance between overdue and forecast receivable, past to FM for warning and bad debts accrual based on evaluation from management team.
    11. Analyze customers' return, compensation and warranty claim declared from Quality dept. investigate reasonable quantities/ reason/ cost claim matching with warranty agreement. Book into related account after approved by FM and BGM
    12. Match monthly inventory moving report from logistics and invoices issued. Investigate the risks and opportunities on Goods of delivered but not invoiced.
    13. Analysis the variance in sales forecast compare with the budget and actual invoiced.
    14. Credit Control to each customer in system. over delivery must be approved by BGM
    15. Other works given by accounting supervisor or finance manager
