Position: Accounting ManagerReport to: Finance ManagerSubordinates: 3Location: Maanshan, Anhui Primary Role: Review, analyze and evaluate current business process of the company, participate in developing design for new process and optimizing the existing internal procedures to meet the management requirements of China, preparation for SAP implementation and establishment of shared service center Main responsibilities: Play an active team member to assist Finance manager with the inventory management project and internal procedure optimization Propose Finance manager about the major accounting adjustment, GAAP difference adjustment and deferred tax justification Prepare the financial reporting packages of both PRC and France Maintain Chart of Account and cost center in ERP system Verify the vouchers which are posted through G/L module In charge of SAP implementation (FI module) Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Language:Communicative level of English Professional experience: At least 4 years work experiences in manufacturing industry companies Strong experience in accounting both Chinese and IFRS; experience in auditing is a plus Comprehensive understanding or Experience with multiple full scope ERP implementations, such as, Purchase, Materials Management, Sales, Production Planning, and Finance; experience in interfacing SAP is a plus Ability to work within a matrix organization Excellent communication skills
