Responsibilities (主要职责):

8. Make professional candidate CV report (撰写专业的候选人推荐报告)
9. Coordinate the client-candidate interview (安排客户和目标人才的面试)
10. Offer negotiation coordination, reference check for candidates and candidate on-board follow-up (协调客户与候选人之间的薪资等谈判， 背景调查并跟踪候选人上班)
11. Payment follow-up (客户款项催收)
12. Service for clients and candidates after the candidate’s on-board (候选人上班后的后续服务)
13. Input and maintain the information of the targeted companies and candidates息 (录入与更新目标公司和人才的信)

Requirements (职位要求):

2. Bachelor and above education degree (大学本科及以上学历)
