Job Responsibilities:- manages Process Engineers with direct control and responsibility of results related to new products industrializations and continuous improvement activities in mass production;1. Industrialization new projects: giving proper directions to the Powertrain Process and Technology Engineers, he is responsible of the whole industrialization phase in Powertrain, including preventive analysis (investments, scrap rate and cycle time) in offer phase and Initiative issuing. Consequently, he guarantees the respect of industrialization schedule, keeping investments and cycle-time behind the target predicted in offer phase.2. Continuous improvement: according to monthly results for PPM (parts per million), internal scraps and O.E.E. (overall equipment efficiency), leads the team involving Production and Q.A. and guarantees the implementation of the improvement actions defined (through proper involvement of Technology Engineer);- Collects the monthly results in Powertrain for "Analysis Pererrorformances Dept.", analyses results for the Plant Manager (with direct responsibility on O.E.E., internal scraps and availability index) and proposes new solutions for process improvement and costs saving;- Guarantees the updating of FMEA, process cards and work instructions related to Powertrain process and the control of technical drawings related to tools and machinery in Powertrain;- Guarantees all the other responsibilities up to Process Engineers and Technology Engineers in Powertrain, as detailed in proper job deerrorscriptions;- Guarantees professional growth and updating in the Powertrain Business Unit, through specific trainings for his resources;Works with the cross function teams of the Company as a reference for all the items concerning the Plant and related to Powertrain Business
