? Monitor, structure and continuously improve all processes in the plant while complying with all company policies and procedures according to WCM standard? Coordinate and control the improvement ideas including administering and evaluating suggestions, budget control, compiling statistics, scheme promotion, awards and implementation of special measures? Recognize and clarify potential errorareas/ activities for improvement within the errorframework of the business planning process, undertaking both internal and external benchmarking exercises? Investigate rationalization measures in detail, review their feasibility and provide advice on processes to coworkers? Plan, monitor, control and act as facilitator in workshops and on projects, encouraging motivation and maintaining morale? Monitor costs and results of internal WCM workshop/project? Introduce and encourage synergies between plant assembly errorareas? Create any necessary documentation individually and self-responsibly in accordance with Brose standards and customer requirements, communicating any process to supervisors in a timely manner? Motivate all employees to actively participate in the Improvement Scheme procss, train supervisors to assess improvement suggestions? Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental procedures and be pro-active in the development of a safe working environment
