Key Responsibilities Develop and provide all rounded human resources function encompassing recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations and any other HR related projects in achieving the success of the region. Education & Experience Requirements § Bachelors degree with 5-8 years progressive experience in Human Resources field with MNCs § Relevant industry experience preferred but not a pre-requisite § Proactive and organized; good with details and creative problem solving skills § Team player, people oriented with superior communications ability and project management skills § Ability to manage multiple priorities and utilize resources when needed § Pleasant and mature personality with a professional demeanor § High integrity and can represent the Company well as ambassador for external parties § Good computer proficiency: Word, Excel and Internet proficient § Fluency in both verbal and written English and Chinese
