Assignments/工作职责:
· Lead the planning, development and validation of the entire Cockpit Module Architecture in close cooperation with Product Engineers and Customer Office Manager
· 与 产品工程师，客户经理紧密合作，主导整个驾驶舱模块结构的计划，开发及验证
· Manage interfaces and centering concepts between Cockpit Parts
· 负责驾驶舱各部件之间的接口和整合
· Responsible to participate in Simultaneous Engineering Meetings with critical suppliers
· 参与和主要供应商之间的同步技术会议
· Ensure cockpit technical functionality in accordance with customer requirements, package requirements, product specifications, cockpit manufacturability, cockpit assembly sequence, vehicle installation, serviceability and legal requirements
· 确保驾驶舱在技术功能上能满足客户需求，包装要求，产品规范，制造能力， 组装步骤，主车安装，服务可行性及法规的要求
· Support the Program Manager on target follow up on fixing concept, wiring harness routing, and structure (time, cost, weight)
· 协助项目经理，追踪支架构造，线束排布和结构(时间，成本，重量)
· Lead internal and external Design Reviews
· 主导内，外部设计评审
· Participate and/or lead Cockpit Integration Team Meetings
· 参加和/或领导驾驶舱集成小组会议
· Document program progress during product and process development phase until SOP
· 负责在产品和工艺流程开发至SOP 阶段记录项目进度。
Qualifications:
· Mechanical Engineering Degree
· Min. 3 years of working experience in Automotive Interior.
· Min. 2 years of working experience with CATIA V5.
· Very good communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability for team work
· Very good knowledge of English (written and oral)
· Flexibility and willingness to travel
· 机械工程本科学历
· 至少3年汽车内饰方面工作经验
· 至少有2年操作CATIA V5经验
· 沟通及人际交往能力强
· 团队合作意识强
· 英语熟练（口语与书面）
· 愿意出差
