Major Job Responsibility:1. Implement Localization & EC4 activities in plant 2. Link to central Localization team, PE, CE in localization related issue3. Support new program from it was transferred to plant to SOP4. Support ECN & Model Year change for existing program5. Strong Support to PE / ME in VAVE activities6. Strong Support/Link to Engineering, PC&L, etc. in the Plant7. Strong Support/Link to other DGSM Groups (PBU Purchasing Management, Shared Service Buyers, Centralized Team)8. Responsibility of Material Budget within the Plant9. Responsibility of MCIP Activities at Plant level10. Follow/Usage of DBS Procedures, DGSM Procedures11. Support Local Lean / OS Implementation12. Internal Control Compliance13. New Business Pursuit support14. Responsible for supplier quality pererrorformance15. Cost recovery Candidate Requirements:1. Bachelor degree major in finance or related 2. Strong accounting knowledge3. Proficiency in oral, reading and written English4. Proficiency in MS office utilization5. Strong sense of responsibility and communication skill6. At lease 2 year experience in relevant working errorarea7. JV or WOE manufacturing experience
